Ingredients

  1. 250 g cream cheese (block, full-fat, at room temperature)
  2. 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream
  3. Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Place softened cream cheese and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Add milk or cream, one tablespoon at a time, beating until light and fluffy.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.

Notes

For savoury: add herbs or garlic.

For sweet: add honey or vanilla.

For spicy: add sweet chilli jam

Not suitable for freezing.
