Ingredients

Scale
  1. 2 wraps
  2. 4 slices of bacon
  3. Sauce of choice (e.g., ketchup, mayonnaise, or hot sauce)
  4. 4 slices of cheese
  5. 4 eggs
  6. Salt and pepper (to taste)
  7. Olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

Cook the Bacon:

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Scramble the Eggs:

  • In the same pan, crack the eggs and scramble them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, set the scrambled eggs aside.

Prepare the Wrap:

  • Lay a wrap flat on a cutting board.
  • Make a single cut from the centre of the wrap to the edge.

Fill the Wrap:

  • Visualise the wrap as having four quarters.
  • Bottom left quarter: Spread your sauce of choice.
  • Top left quarter: Add the scrambled eggs.
  • Top right quarter: Place the cooked bacon slices.
  • Bottom right quarter: Lay down the cheese slices.

Fold the Wrap:

  • Start with the bottom left quarter (sauce) and fold it over the top left quarter (scrambled eggs).
  • Next, fold the top left quarter (scrambled eggs) over the top right quarter (bacon).
  • Finally, fold the top right quarter (bacon) over the bottom right quarter (cheese), creating a triangle shape.

Fry the Wrap:

  • Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Place the folded wrap in the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Serve:

  • Remove from the pan and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious breakfast wrap!
