What goes in the risotto
Seafood mix – Australians may know this seafood mix as marinara. Plump mussels, prawn, calamari and any firm fish straight from the market is absolutely delicious. However, good quality frozen mixes are readily available.
Arborio rice – arborio rice has a bit of a reputation, but is really easy if you take the time to slowly add the hot stock. Don’t rush this, pour extra glass of wine and enjoy the process.Print
