Ingredients
- 2 bagels, toasted
- 1/2 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
- 50g Spanish Serrano Ham or any other deli meat
- 1 small fire roasted red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons marinated feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons mixed olives and stuffed peppadews
Instructions
Prepare the Bagels:
Slice the bagels in half and toast them to your desired level of crispiness.
Spread the Hummus:
Generously spread hummus on each half of the toasted bagels, or as much as you like.
Layer the leftover antipasti:
